Course: Intermediate Digital Design Tools
Throughout the semester I was tasked with designing different brand aspects for a food/store truck brand that we create. Using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to design different brand elements. At the end of the semester we collected together all these elements and presented them to the class as a finishing project to the semester.

Using Canva I placed images in from the web to the moodboard. We were asked to show a specific aesthetic and to show different textures along with establishing a color palette for the brand.

In order to fully develop a logo we were asked to develop sketches and to present initial logo designs in order to create a more finished design. To the left are my first logo designs, and to the right are my first mockup logo designs that I created in Adobe Illustrator.

After revisiting Adobe Illustrator, and discussing with classmates and the professor I landed on this as the final logo design. For the final design we were also asked to create it in a grayscale and in black and white.

In Adobe Illustrator I was also tasked with creating a brand guide. This involved adding the logo, and further designing other brand elements. I started with establishing the color palette, as this helped me decide on exactly what images, and what colors to use. I then in Adobe Illustrator created the icons seen in the lower left hand corner of the guide. I then decided which fonts to use for the guide, and the images to represent the brand.

For the trifold we were asked to use InDesign and design a trifold for the truck using grids. This was done by incorporating already established brand elements and using those to create a menu to represent the product, or service, being sold.

In Photoshop we were instructed to create a mockup instagram post and a mock up email post. The email also required us to use a gif as a featured element in the email.

In Photoshop I created the final element for the brand, a Facebook banner. When finishing the project I created this presentation for the final submission of the project in Canva. The project really increased my knowledge of Adobe Design tools and has helped my overall design skills.
